Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to BARRY TOURS UK LIMITED.

2. Nature of Services
2.1 We provide private guided sightseeing tours in London using licensed London taxis (black cabs), including modern hybrid and electric vehicles.
2.2 All drivers are fully licensed London taxi drivers, holding valid Public Carriage Office (PCO) licensing and appropriate commercial vehicle insurance as required under UK law.
2.3 Tours are private and conducted exclusively for the booking party.
2.4 Maximum capacity per vehicle is 6 passengers, subject to comfort and accessibility considerations.
2.5 Attraction entrance fees are not included unless expressly stated at the time of booking.

3. Booking & Payment
3.1 All bookings must be made in advance via our website or agreed communication channels.
3.2 Full payment is taken at the time of booking.
3.3 Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
3.4 All prices are quoted and charged in GBP (£).
3.5 A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Customers may cancel their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund, less a 5% administration fee.

4.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, an alternative date may be arranged, subject to availability.

4.3 Failure to attend the tour at the agreed start time (“no-show”) will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

4.4 No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour once it has commenced.

4.5 If a customer arrives late, the tour duration may be reduced accordingly. Late arrival does not entitle the customer to a refund, rescheduling, or extension of the tour time.

4.6 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the payment provider.

5. Weather Policy
5.1 Tours operate in most weather conditions.
5.2 In cases of severe weather (e.g., snow, storms, extreme conditions affecting safety), we may:
Reschedule the tour; or
Offer a full refund.
5.3 Decisions regarding weather safety are made at our sole discretion in the interest of passenger and driver safety.

6. Vehicle Breakdown or Driver Illness
6.1 In the unlikely event of vehicle breakdown or driver illness, we will first attempt to provide a suitable licensed replacement vehicle and driver.
6.2 If a replacement cannot be arranged within a reasonable time, customers will be offered either:
Rescheduling; or
A full refund.
6.3 No additional compensation beyond the tour price shall be payable.

7. Accessibility
7.1 Our vehicles are fully wheelchair accessible, in accordance with London taxi regulations.
7.2 Customers with specific mobility requirements are encouraged to inform us at the time of booking.
7.3 For safety reasons, children may not travel seated on laps.
7.4 Pub tours are strictly 18+ only.

8. Conduct During Tours
8.1 Food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted in the vehicle.
8.2 Alcohol consumption is not encouraged and may be restricted at the driver’s discretion.
8.3 We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a passenger behaves in a manner that is: Unsafe, Abusive, Intoxicated, Illegal, Damaging to the vehicle

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Participation in our tours is at the customer’s own risk.
9.2 We shall not be liable for:
Traffic delays
Road closures
Security restrictions
Public events
Government restrictions
Acts of God
Loss or damage to personal belongings
9.3 We are not responsible for missed flights, theatre bookings, restaurant reservations, or other third-party commitments resulting from delays beyond our control.
9.4 Our total liability shall be limited to the value of the booking paid.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Government actions
Public disorder
Severe weather
Mechanical failure
National emergencies

11. Marketing & Photography
We may take photographs during tours for marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in any promotional material, you must notify us before the tour begins.
12. Data Protection
We collect and use customer information solely for booking management and operational communication.
We do not sell or distribute personal data to third parties, except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g., payment processors).
All data is handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
